Proof, not promises
Every project on this page follows the same format. What the business needed, what I built, and what changed after launch. No adjectives doing the heavy lifting — and references available on request.
Request referencesHow I run every project
I don't start with a template or a tech preference. I start with the business problem. Then I build the smallest solution that solves it well, and I measure what happened. That's the whole method. It's also why every case study below reads the same way.
- Problem — what was costing the business money, leads, or time before we started.
- Solution — what I built, what I chose not to build, and why.
- Result — what changed, measured. If I can't measure it, I don't claim it.
The case studies
Three projects, three different kinds of business. A corporate site for a business center, a website and local presence for an auto repair shop, and a conversion-focused site delivered for a marketing agency.
Why I publish results, not promises
After 10+ years and 390+ projects, I've learned that portfolios full of screenshots tell you nothing. Screenshots show that a site exists. They don't show whether it worked. So each case study here states the outcome — and where a client hasn't approved sharing a number yet, I say so instead of inventing one.
Want to hear it from a client?
The best proof isn't on this page. Ask me for references and I'll connect you with past clients who can tell you what working with me is actually like — response times, how I handle problems, what happened after launch. One email, no forms, no friction.
Frequently asked questions
Can I contact your past clients before hiring you?
Yes. Ask and I'll put you in touch with clients whose projects are relevant to yours. I'd rather you hear it from them than take my word for it.
Do you publish every project you work on?
No. Some work is under NDA and some clients prefer privacy. A project only becomes a case study with the client's written permission — the same protection you'd get.
