Is our data safe going through AI tools?
Your data stays in your systems — Salesforce, Microsoft 365, your own servers. The AI layer reads only what it needs through controlled APIs, and I configure vendors so your data isn't used to train their models. We review the full data flow together before anything goes live.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
We plan for it. Anything client-facing or high-stakes gets a human approval step before it goes out. Internal reports link back to source data so numbers can be checked in seconds. Automation should shorten review, not eliminate it.
Do we need to switch software to use this?
No — that's the point. I build on top of what you already run: Salesforce, Litify, Asana, Power Automate, Microsoft 365. If a tool has an API, it can usually be automated.
